Armed with a Diploma in Yoga, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Yoga, and certification from the Indian Yoga Association, I am committed to promoting physical and mental well-being through the ancient art of yoga.
My journey as a yoga instructor began with a passion for the practice and a desire to share its transformative benefits with others. I initially trained as a yoga instructor, honing my skills and deepening my understanding of yoga philosophy and techniques. With a strong foundation in traditional yoga practices, I ventured into various domains of yoga instruction.
As a CrossFit yoga trainer, I had the opportunity to integrate yoga principles into high-intensity fitness routines, helping individuals achieve balance, flexibility, and mindfulness amidst rigorous workouts. Transitioning to individual training, I now focus on providing personalized yoga sessions tailored to the specific needs and goals of my clients.
In addition to individual training, I have also conducted corporate yoga training sessions for groups of over 100 participants. These sessions are designed to promote employee well-being, reduce stress, and improve overall productivity and morale in the workplace.
My online yoga classes, which last for one hour, offer a blend of practical instruction, guided relaxation, and breathwork techniques. Through live sessions, participants have the opportunity to engage with me directly, receive personalized feedback, and deepen their practice in a supportive virtual environment.
While I do not rely on traditional teaching materials, I emphasize the importance of live instruction and demonstration to guide participants through various yoga asanas and sequences. My approach is rooted in mindfulness and presence, encouraging participants to connect with their bodies, breath, and inner selves.
As I continue my journey as a yoga instructor, my goal remains unchanged: to empower individuals to cultivate a sense of balance, strength, and vitality in their lives through the transformative power of yoga.
