Hello! I’m Yash Tomar, a passionate and certified Soft Skills Trainer, committed to empowering individuals with the tools they need to succeed personally and professionally. While I am just beginning my formal teaching journey, my deep enthusiasm for mentoring and helping others grow forms the foundation of my training approach. I specialize in areas such as communication, leadership, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and professional etiquette.

My educational background includes a B.Tech, combined with specialized certifications in soft skills training. I am a NABET-certified trainer, accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Education and Training, under the Quality Council of India (QCI). This prestigious certification guarantees that my methodologies adhere to the highest industry standards and best practices for training delivery.

I have also successfully completed an 8-month Soft Skills Certification Program from the Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI)—a leading institution in India for soft skills and image consulting. This intensive program honed my abilities in delivering focused, result-oriented sessions that cater to a wide spectrum of learners—from students and job seekers to working professionals and entrepreneurs.

In addition to training, I work as a full-time Network Engineer, holding a Cisco certification. This dual expertise enables me to understand both the technical and human aspects of career development. I bring real-world insights into my sessions, allowing learners to see how soft skills complement technical skills in today’s job market.

My teaching style is practical, interactive, and personalized. I conduct online sessions, both in groups and one-on-one, tailored to each student's learning needs and goals. I use my own custom PowerPoint presentations to keep the content engaging, structured, and easy to absorb.
