Sivapta Foundation

As the founder of our yoga institute established in 2018, our mission is to provide comprehensive yoga education and promote the proper practice of yoga among individuals seeking physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Our team consists of five trainers, each with over 20 years of experience, including PhD doctors and certified trainers in Masters of Yoga.

We have successfully completed 10 batches of students, guiding them through YTTC (Yoga Teacher Training Course) levels 1, 2, and 3, and providing instructor certification upon completion. Our courses are tailored for both online and offline delivery, accommodating sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the intensity and focus of the practice.

Our teaching methodology prioritizes practical sessions that enable students to experience and embody the principles of yoga. These sessions are interactive, encouraging participants to actively engage in live sessions where they receive personalized guidance and feedback from our experienced trainers.

In addition to practical training, we emphasize the importance of understanding yoga philosophy and its application in daily life. We provide comprehensive resources and support materials to aid students in their journey, ensuring a well-rounded education in yoga.
