Overview

I am Yoga instructor as my interest to be healthy and create Healthy Society through ancient techniques of Yogic Sciences.
I basically focus on perfect postures and simple asanas which can be practiced by everyone. and the masses can be benefitted.
I like to teach as much as so that large no. of students get benefits
I focus on basic issues that are being faced by professionals and homemaker like stress, back pain, cervical,low immunity ,constipation, piles, diabetes, High cholesterol etc.
I have been teaching Yoga classes since last 4years in Delhi-NCR(earlier offline now online due to Covid)
I am also focusing on post covid patient to get their lungs recovery fast.. as covid patient generally found with many side effects due to high dose medicines
