PTE test is required for Immigration to Australia, New Zealand and for admissions in different universities across the globe. It is a test to gauge the language competence by testing the listening, reading, writing and speaking skills of a person.
The training for this test includes:
- Strategies of all the item types of the four tests that are listening, reading, writing and speaking test.
- In the speaking test, there are 5 Item types in which the main parameter gauged is Voice Modulation and pronunciation of the words correctly. So, I teach Voice and Accent for this particularly.
- In addition, I work on Vocabulary and grammar for the speaking test.
- Regular practice of the item types in the speaking test is done.
- In the writing test, there are 2 Item types for which I tell about the structure to write the summary and the essay. To add, how to use vocabulary and connectors is also essential.
- In the reading test, there are 5 Item types for which I impart knowledge about the use of collocations and the techniques to attempt these questions.
- In the listening test, there are 8 Item types for which are certain techniques to be followed which I explain during the course of training.
- Not only the practice of all the modules is done on a regular basis but the essays and summaries are also checked regularly.
- For Repeat sentence and Dictations, practice of memorizing the sentences is done in the sessions.
- Mock tests and all the relevant study material are inclusive.
