The Turning Point: After getting certified as an NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), my approach towards life got better and I witnessed the art that ‘for learning something new how one should unlearn first’, removing the mental blockages. NLP created awareness in me. Since then I started applying the techniques of modeling, provocation, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness. I try to understand human responses by taking a deep dive into the drivers of behaviors. I strongly believe in the iceberg model in the human psyche and work on 90% of the unseen factors like- traits, principles, values, and experiences of people for gripping the core reason of the issue.
