Meditation and advance Pranayam are integral part of yoga practice which need separate attention and for that purpose we offering this course to our students which is in the morning at 6 o'clock every Sunday.
In this course the students will learn how to to correct their breathing and increase the strength of their lungs with the practice of Pranayam and therefore they will be able to develop proper concentration power which will be helpful in their meditation practice. Meditation practice taught in this course will be focused to control mind and produce relaxation, reduce stress level in the students and the learners.
The purpose of this course is to enlighten the learners about Pranayam and meditation practices which were practiced in ancient time and the base for the same is Hatha yoga. All the learners are requested to log in 5 minutes before the schedule time.
