ITIL V3 Foundation

""I have attended CDCW course conducted by Henry Harvin recently. The course spread over 4 days on two weekends is a well thought of design, with course material covering most details which could be thought of and the details which can help the CW with an exclusive writing skill. The teacher covered the topics in detail and added much more from his own experience and knowledge. These together made this program a worth learning. The contents delivered in 4 days are just too much. It is well thought of to divide the program into two parts with a gap of a fortnight which gives the participants time to absorb and also be able to come out with questions for clarification with the teacher. To be honest I have received much more than expected from such a course. It has really exposed me to various types of writing skills which I can develop with the help of my learning in this course. I feel I have taken this course late in my life but still, it has been worth it. I am a firm believer in learning without any age bar. Thank you, Henry Harvin, for contacting me and giving me this opportunity of learning. I definitely feel better informed now and am confident can write better even in my day to day life. Agile

"The company offers 2 courses - Business Analytics and Marketing analytics separately. I enrolled in marketing analytics in June 2018. However, reaching for first class, I learned that the course was Business Analytics and Not marketing analytics. On asking the trainer (who was taking classes for the first time and it was evident that he didn't have any teaching experience), he told me to talk to Henry Harvin rep present there. The rep told me that there is hardly any difference between the 2 courses! and since students were less, this is the course we are offering now. They said they are not sure when and where proper Marketing analytics course will happen, my choice is either to wait for a future course (if it ever happens) or take business analytics course. I left the course on the first day and asked for a refund. No refund was given. Got conned for my hard earned money. Apart from this major breach of trust, here are some more pointers - Other students were 12th pass with no prior experience - There were no charging points or Wifi in the room. When I asked for charging point and Wi-Fi, the trainer said that laptop is not required for the course. We can just watch him do analytics on a screen! - The trainer had zero marketing experience. How can one teach marketing analytics without knowing marketing. - They often change the trainers at the last moment. I was shown the profile of a Ph.D. trainer with good experience before the course, upon entering the classroom."
