If it comes to price, then yes, it's good. However, I'll still suggest going with some other piano. If this is your first piano playing experience better to start with something natural and good. You can go with Yamaha digital piano series if you can invest in the starting series of Yamaha.

Which is the best music training academy in Noida for guitar or piano?

I think you can go with Noida School of Rock apart from them there are so many home tutors who have a great knowledge in guitar and piano go through with a tutor it will be really effective to get a individual class of your choice than a group class

Just do a regular practice on Tanpura for your vocal improvement regularly of alankars you'll feel a change in your voice in one week.

Can I learn guitar during my IAS training?

Of course you can learn it,there's a difference between hard work and smart work give it one or two hour in a day but give your best efforts in it with your smart work not hard work,go through with arpeggios,scales and exercises on regular bases you'll have a great result for sure :)
