With over 15 years of dedicated experience as a competitive athlete and 2 years as a professional athletics coach and strength & conditioning expert, I bring a rich blend of practical knowledge and academic insight into the world of sports science and physical education. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute (GAPEY), I specialize in athletics and work closely with students and athletes to optimize performance through evidence-based training methods and educational practices.
