I started teaching student of II std. last year . Took home tuition class. My strength is patience for example, I can explain same thing for more than 10 times to a student , unless he/she does not gets it . Techniques used by me : I make student to read paragraph. then i ask about what he/she understood from that. Then I am explaining him/her each and every word . Further i am asking few simple and short ques. to student. In maths, I tell student about the steps followed to solve problem. I prefer to get solved multiple questions on same topic from students. In case, if a child is not getting any concept, I usually go through several sites and study that concept so i can explain him/her in some other way
