How can we help beggars/abolish begging?

2. by giving them employment
3. giving their children education and telling them about the importance of education
4. by telling them the importance of doing work
5. by providing them shelter
oh my dear we cannot do all these things alone because beggars are in large number so we need help of many people around us to do this good work for poors
but it will be very difficult to abolish begging but by using these points we can somewhat reduce it
i also want to do this good work in my future life and this is my dream.
