I am an experienced qualified yoga teacher with over 2 years of experience in teaching zumba , balloon yoga and other yog asnas. Passionate about teaching yoga. I taught senior citizens and the benefits were that there medicines for thyroid,bp,sugar reduced drastically. I helped people get away with there breathing problems. A student of mine had a kidney transplant and when she went for a checkup and after the doctor examined they noticed her health was a lot more better than before. And lastly I also taught yoga in medical college adgaon.
