Savita has completed her B.A. with specialization in English from Fergusson College. A Masters in Behavioural Psychology from IBMS, she has a Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Media & Communication from AIIMS. She also has attended Leadership Training & Attitudinal Training Workshop from MILT Mumbai.


She began her career with entrepreneurial ventures in the Printing and Food industry. She started her own Training School and has been training since 2000. The key areas of training are English Grammar, Fluency Development, Business Communication, Resume Writing, Group Discussions & Interview Techniques. She also conducts Soft Skills training on Time Management, Anger & Stress Management, Grooming & Body Language, Business Correspondence & Corporate Etiquette, Public Speaking, Leadership and Motivation.

She has conducted Fluency Development and Finishing School workshops at various MBA, MCM/MCA, Engineering and Hotel Management Institutes. She has been appointed as a trainer for the Maharashtra Police Academy since 2010. She has been conducting training programs on Anger and Stress Management and Human Behaviour and Psychology for senior police officers at seven locations across Maharashtra. In 2011, she also trained IPS officers and worked alongside the Deputy Director of the Maharashtra Police Academy. Together they pioneered a module on Conflict Resolution and Narrative Policing for the IPS officers.

She has been training for IELTS for the last 15 years.
