As an educator, my approach to teaching a small group of 1 to 5 students across all subjects is focused on providing a personalized and engaging learning experience. I aim to create a supportive and nurturing environment where each student can thrive academically and develop a love for learning.
To begin, I will assess the individual needs, strengths, and weaknesses of each student to tailor my teaching strategies accordingly.
