Namastey! I'm Pushpa a certified, experienced and passionate yoga teacher and learner. I've been practicing yoga since last 4 years and teaching for an year. Through this 4 years of learning I've gain good knowledge of different yoga styles like traditional hatha yoga along with shatkriyas, ashtanga yoga, power yoga, restorative yoga, etc. I have good knowledge of yogic philosophy and patanjali yogsutras. My teaching involved incorporation of body, breathe and mind so giving a holistic and mindful approach to the class. The teaching involves classic asana techniques along with their modifications. I give more importance to prevent injuries by giving right guidance and techniques for progress. I create a supportive, friendly and healthy environment in the class. I am also a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, mat pilates teacher and weightloss coach.
