The course is designed for beginners- students starting on their yoga journey and finding it difficult to keep up with regular practice. All you will need is a yoga mat, water bottle, a quiet corner in your home and willingness to learn. I intend to start by testing your fitness levels and putting you on asnas for beginner level and gradually moving to intermediate levels as your body gets flexible with continued practice. Along with yoga focused on body, I also think yoga for mind is equally important and therefore in every class we will spend 15 mins on breathing exercises and meditation.
