I am basically Carnatic flautist who since 8 years have even included hindustani fingering for freestyle playing and film songs. I teach Carnatic Flute on a traditional basis along with that of students wants to lean hindustani fingering I teach them the basics which is require to play freestyle playing. I take one to one class, it may be online (skype) or offline (at my house). I have 15 students (including both Indian students and abroad students) Yearly once I conduct workshop for 3 days students stay at my place and learn new songs, how to practice at home, how to maintain flute, and mainly how I practice and prepare for concerts.

You can learn from YouTube but, by learning from YouTube without teacher will not give you satisfaction, as you cannot get clarify with your doubts. And may also not know how your playing. Less chances of improvement in your playing will lead to unprofessional playing. I prefer you join under some Guru and learn.
