I started yoga at the age of 16 in 2006 and i completed my TTC(YA certified) in 2011. i have been teaching since 2011. I teach traditional(classical) ashtanga yoga and also hatha yoga, specialised training include yoga nidra, vipashana meditation, yoga smayana kriya(pranic energising technique),cyclic meditation, kundalini meditation. I teach pranayma, patanajali yoga sutras and various simple meditation techniques.
