Hi Am an MBA graduate working as Senior Analyst and having 8 years of experience in ITES banking/mortgage domain. I really want switch my career please help which course I can pick it up for my career growth.

I will advice u to do course in risk management as u already have experience in banking and finance . It's a good career option in current scnerio, having good demand and risk management professionals are paid good amount.

How to improve my speaking skills?

Be confident & try to do your maximum conversations in English with your friends and others.Read English newspaper daily and learn the words u dont know & watch news debates in English everyday. U will notice diffrence.
