Being from a research background I like to read a lot. Developed interest in teaching when my children started going to school. I have taught 11th and 12 th std biology in a coaching class too. I use innovative methods like flash cards and charts to make concepts clear. I prefer students coming from lower classes and slowly improve their skills which makes it easier as they enter higher classes. Practice makes the man perfect is what I follow.
