What is the best course to learn after AutoCAD and CATIA?

I can suggest that you can go for - welding standards how it applied on drawings, Learn more on standards like American National Standards Institute adopted ANSI/ASME, GD and T.

Which laptop specifications are the best to run CAD/CAM software like CATIA, Solidworks, ANSYS, and Hypermesh very smoothly and fluently?

Doesn't matter the configuration now days.. All CAD software fluently work on any configuration... but after software installation one should practice regularly...
