"The lectures conducted were good. The teaching was good. But he didn't complete the course & didn't commit to what he had committed over mail. Just took 2 lectures. Subsequently backed out citing a lack of time and other prior commitments of teaching @ college & institutes, though initially, he had agreed. I was ready to wait for his paryushan festival to get finished, come back from his native & postpone my scheduled interview by 7- 10 days, however, he cited a lack of time availability subsequently to finish his 22- 24 hours lectures which he had committed over ema. Such unprofessional conduct by the professor. If he couldn't have or could not conduct a lecture of 22- 24 hours as committed over mail, then why did he agree at first stance? Left student in the lurch. Teaching was good, no doubt, hence I wanted to finish my tutorship from him for which I was ready to postpone the scheduled interview by requesting the interviewer, however, if a professor resorts to such unprofessional behavior and leaves a student like this halfway without fulfilling the commitment which they themself agreed over email, then same should be brought to notice of other students at large so that they don't suffer. If a professor is good and his teaching is good, we genuinely write good reviews about him & post them on the site. But when a professor cheats like this and doesn't fulfill his agreed commitment leaving student midway and backing out citing lack of time availability, then such review should also be put out on site so that other students don't suffer. If there was a lack of time availability post his arrival from native, why did he not state before, though I was ready to wait and postpone my scheduled interview? I agree he was good at teaching and hence I was keen to finish the course curriculum through him only. But then citing lack of time availability post his arrival from native, he stated he can spare only 1 hour on weekdays and 2 hours on weekend, he refused or seemed uninterested in conducting lectures in spite of agreeing before and in spite of me ready to wait for his tutorship by requesting my interviewer to postpone the interview. If he knew that he has sparse time on weekdays and weekends, then why did he commit before over email to take 22- 24 hours of lecture? Very unprofessional. Why did he commit to 22- 24 hours of lecture over email? Totally disappointed by this professor's unprofessional behavior. He was charging 450/ hour, definitely not a small amount and then they cheat you like this."

"Teaching wise vaibhav was good. I took only 2 lectures from him, basic 2 sessions , so considering the basic portion taught by him, he was v good, he did help me prepare for interview even though he was keeping unwell , I will be thankful to him for going out of the way when he was unwell. But then there is a major grievance I have which I would bring it to notice . 1) first grievance was initially he was very much keen to conduct lecture as soon as possible, so there were calls from him for his demo lecture as per students availability. Post that ,once he understood that student is keen & interested in learning and enrolling for his tutorship , he initially conducted sessions , but then giving the reason of other prior committment, he subsequently denied conducting lectures . Initially he showed keenness to conduct lecture based on students time availability and convenience . I truly understand the most important festival of jain community has started post covid scenario and this festival is celebrated by jain as it is an important festival for them. Since I was keen to take tutorship from him, I was ok to wait for further time period of 9-10 odd days, defer my professional interview if it would have been conducted and subsequently take his classes post his availability in first week of sept, however, with the reason of being busy and already having prior commitment , he denied conducting the full lecture of balance 15- 16 odd hours as discussed over mail under the reason of already having prior commitment. My grievance is if he already had prior commitment along with his office work on weekdays, then why did he commit for 20- 22 hours lecture initially ? Such lectures can't be completed by taking daily only for 1 hour on weekdays & for 2- 2.5 hours on weekend . If he takes lecture in college & other institutions, then he should mention his time availability & the duration for which he is available at the start itself , be it on weekday / weekend while finalizing the lecture/ session over email writeup. Everything else was discussed over email like fees, no of hours, course material, payment cycle, course content. My issue is why availability of time from his end be not specified by him. If he takes private coaching on weekdays as well as on weekends, then he should clarify at start only that he would be available only for a particular duration on weekdays and on particular duration on weekends, so accordingly students can take a call .
