I have completed full-time MBA from IIM Bangalore and B.Tech.(IT) from IIT. Post MBA from IIMB, I started working as a senior manager in Commercial, Multi-national and Corporate finance divisions handling emerging corporate with annual turn-over in excess of INR 2 bn. Currently, I work as an Innovation Strategy Specialist with top global 50 bank and the largest bank in India having balance sheet in excess of USD 550 bn. I handle collaborative innovation centre reaching out to start-ups, partners and creating an ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders. I am an innovation strategist laying out design, boot, operate and transfer of Rs 2 bn worth state-of-the-art largest physical fintech centre for any Bank in India. I worked with strategic solutions group and product market strategy groups under the supervision of multiple CEOs and structured products worth INR 10 bn, presented to leadership teams, drafted four different unique value-propositions, briefed to the ad-agencies and piloted across six states. I co-founded Eduapps, an e-commerce marketplace addressing both demand and supply sides of education market. I have formulated business plans, spearheaded product and business development, brand management, market strategy and led sales campaigns acquiring 150K registered users and 10K paid customers. Under my leadership, Eduapps, NASSCOM Emerge-50 winning company, scaled its operations in 6 cities with 50 employees across various product segments.
