I am a experienced, qualified and certified Yoga teacher with more than 10 years of experience. I am trained & certified to teach Yoga in India and globally- (Quality Council of India level1&2).
I teach Yoga to all age groups from 5 to 80 years of age.
My Yoga sessions include warm ups, Asanas, Pranayams and meditation.
I have been conducting private Yoga sessions in groups and for individuals for more than10 years. I have been practicing Yoga for more than 20 years.
I specialise in Yoga for Psychosomatic diseases such as Asthma, Diabetes, anxiety, insomnia, high and low BP, Hypertension, back pain, knee pain, neckpain,Parkinsons,weight reduction, tummy reduction and general fitness .
Societal benefit through Yoga and Meditation is my passion. I regularly conduct Yoga and meditation classes for cancer patients as a seva.
