IdentityPractising yoga since 10 years, teaching since 2 years. What got me into yoga is that I always wanted to be healthy
and fit. As an artist by nature, the flow of movements, al ignment of the body and different postures that symbol ise any form of
nature be it a tree, animal, bird also attracted me towards it. I experienced yoga being getting connected to ones own soul and
then with the divine which gives you eternal peace, making you calm and cheerful, energized giving you strength to achieve your goal.
Teaching experience
My teaching experience have been magical and woderful as none of my
s e s s i o n s a r e p l a n n e d . My a p p r o a c h t o e v e r y c l a s s i s s p o n t a n e o u s a n d different. As it depends on the mind state, health, atmosphere, present need,long term need, each session gets a custom touch. How the person can attain the posture, according to his comfort and capability, slowly with continuous practise taking one out of his comfort zone is too important to getting the right posture.
Outcome
Improvement in hand movement of a teenage girl having seizures
in 12 sessions through pranayam, balancing postures, suryanamaskar.
Pain relief and management in a 52 year old lady having slip disc and arthritisith pranayam and stretching postures with increased fitness.
Below are my some achievements.

Engaging students to improve memory, focus and concentration through
pranayam and challenging postures.

Making confident yoga teachers by taking teacher training course and giving
training to conduct a class confidently.
My teaching focus is on alignment, therapatic healing, inspirational,
motivational language that moves people physically, emotionally, mentally.
They feel relaxed and satisfied at the end of my session thanking me.
