This collaboration has allowed us to offer a comprehensive one-year diploma in yoga, enabling our trainers to deepen their understanding of this ancient practice. With this knowledge, we can incorporate various yoga techniques into our fitness programs, enriching the experience for our clients.
At Slim Fitness Wheel, we value personalised attention and strive to maintain small class sizes. We aim to have a maximum of fifteen to twenty individuals per batch in each session. We take pride in our diverse offerings, catering to our client's unique needs and preferences. Our classes include Ashtanga yoga, corporate yoga, and both online and offline sessions. To accommodate various schedules, we have types available from 7 am to 12 pm and in the evening from 4 pm onwards. We understand that life can be busy, so we aim to provide flexible options that suit different lifestyles.
In addition to theoretical knowledge, we place great importance on practical experience. Our trainers are well-versed in customised workout plans aligning with individual fitness levels and goals. Combining theoretical understanding with hands-on application ensures our clients receive a well-rounded and practical training experience.
