MR. Vikas,
While applying for CAT examination, it is essential to plan your daily schedule, especially when you are working. Due to lockdown, people have much more time in their hands than before. Thus, it would help if you started 1 to 1 1/2 months earlier.
- During a working day, try to study during night, but DO NOT exhaust yourself. Even if you do just 1 hour on working day, you can cover up my studying during weekends.
- Be careful while studying and take frequent breaks, E.g. study for 50 mins, then rest for 10.
- Have an extra diary on pen and paper with you so if you want to do something, write it down, then do it during the break.
During Saturday night, stay awake for some time and wake up early on Sunday and try to cover your sleep by sleeping early on Sunday night.
Prepare a strict timetable and try to follow it.
Try not to eat fatty or comfort food like heavy Punjabi lentil which will fill you up, make you lose focus. Try to eat healthy yet filling and delicious food.
