Digital Marketing started covering the markets, around 6/7 years back. When it began, there was no appropriate course for it and was ultimately dependant on an individual's brainstorming to understand how to sell a product (goods & services) in the market.
In the current times, you can opt for a course in Digital Marketing to grasp the technical basics, but the power to sell, will solely depend on your ideas, and the primary objective is Designing an artwork.
Therefore, with your degree in MBA, I suppose you are embedded with ideas of marketing & sales, just that now you'll need to apply that in the digital scenario with the help of Designs.
So, to conclude, I would say that getting a job in this field is not dependant on the digital marketing course you do, preferably on the Ideas you can present. I hope this helps you.
