She is extremely helpful and understands my body well. She always does something new at class and keeps it lively. "Sheetal is a professional trainer, always on time. I have opted for a "train at home" program. I have got results both in terms weight loss and inch loss. She gave me customised training suitable for my body structure and weight and helped me to reach my goals. She incorporates variety of exercises like yoga,aerobics etc to mention a few, so that work out does not become monotonous. Also, she'll correct the posture and form required for every exercise so that maximum benefit can be obtained form a given exercise. I didn't need any expensive equipment for work out. She keeps me motivated all throughout the work out so that I don't give up. She made my schedule flexible, yet I don't miss out on my work out sessions anytime. She is friendly too and I just love to train with her. Highly recommended trainer. "
