IdentitySeriously Addictive Mathematics,or S.A.M, is a Singapore based Company focused on providing a holistic maths enrichment program for children (4 to 12 years old).
The S.A.M Approach to Mathematics is an amalgamation of worksheets-based self learning, and classroom-based guidance and coaching by Certified S.A.M Trainers.
Our comprehensive and meticulously designed worksheets provide students with a motivating and progressive learning experience, while our passionate and dedicated Trainers guide them in the mastery of skills and methods required to excel in Mathematics.
The S.A.M Approach to Mathematics is based on the Singapore Mathematics curriculum (consistently ranked as #1 in the World according to a survey done by TIMSS on Maths and Science program globally).
Our young learners attend a 60-minute lesson weekly or bi-weekly with a Trainer/Student ratio of 1:8, during which they will learn mathematical concepts through colorful worksheets and where appropriate, through the use of manipulative tools and games. Our dedicated Trainers guide them in their work and suggest methods and techniques in new concepts.
Apart from fundamental mathematical knowledge, the S.A.M Approach to Mathematics also cultivates lifelong skills in terms of critical, meta-cognitive and heuristic thinking, analytical skills, independent learning and self discipline, amongst others.
