I believe in the ‘One size doesn’t t all’ theory, when it comes to prescribing training routines to my clients. A healthy mind can only reside in a healthy body, and hence, I work in tandem with my clients, to understand the ‘ Why’ more than the ‘What’, in order to help them attain their goals, to the best of their abilities. Successfully completed a Certified Personal Trainer Course from Exercise Sports Academy (ESA), and appearing soon for the ACSM Certifed Personal Trainer exams.
Successfully completed American Heart Association Certi ed CPR course through ESA.
Successfully completed ACSM Approved Metabolic Workout and MedBall Trainings.
Successfully completed Level1 KettleBell Training from EKFA India.
Keen personal interest in fitness and bodybuilding.
Keeping up to date with latest bodybuilding techniques and regimes through regular updates from various websites, like exrx.com.
Imparting newly learnt techniques successfully to clients with visible results.
Keeping up to date with various nutritional products in the market and helping clients choose the best one for them.
