My audience is categorised into school students (Age 14+), college students and adults. Depending on their needs a program is designed to fit in the working areas as every individual has a unique personality and personality development in itself means workings on areas that we lack. So though there are certain topics that we work on, we try to get the changes in an individual's lifestyle making it permanent. The programme concentrates on a transition and transformation inside and outside, in attitude and appearance. Within a few sessions my students have witnessed positive changes which have made them more confident and flexible with no hang-ups and are more open to learn and implement new things. Sessions are spread on a weekly basis for 12 weeks, a 3 month programme.
