With 20 years of experience in communication skills, negotiation, interview techniques, management, and emotional intelligence, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role as a life coach and corporate trainer. As an ICF certified trainer, my career began with a distinguished tenure as an Indian Navy officer, where I cultivated strong leadership and communication skills. This experience laid a solid foundation, which I further enhanced during my time in Russia, where I trained at a government school’s language and communication skills center.

Since my return to India in 2018, I have expanded my reach by offering online and offline training, particularly in corporate event settings. My collaborations with various sectors have centered around enhancing communication, negotiation, and management capabilities. Drawing from both my military and international training background, my teaching approach addresses real-world challenges, making my sessions practical and impactful for professionals seeking to improve their skill sets.

I am also the author of the book "Emotion Decoded", which explores the significance of emotional intelligence and its profound influence on personal and professional interactions.
