Roshan published two books on personal transformation. Shift Left: A Counter-Culture Narrative towards Emotional Well-Being in 2020. In 2022, Roshan published his second book, Out of the Shoe Rack, on developing and sustaining habits.
Roshan has been training and conducting workshops at corporates and is a guest lecturer for post-graduate students. The programs revolve around Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Culture Transformation, Leadership, and Habits.
