IdentityI am doing exercise since i was child, our family has long experience of exercise and wrestling. So exercise is in my blood. I give training of crossfit,high altitude training, rough training, Marathon training, stamina and endurance training, weight training for wrestling, kabbadi and mix martial art.
We run a wrestling akhara and a gym at my home town. I am also a certified trainer from India's only bodybuilding school for fitness,exercise and training. I also have a 2 year experience training diplomats and their families including children from countries like UK, France and South Africa.
