Financial Modelling (Fundamental Stock Research) & CFA Tutor

I am a Senior Equity research analyst working with a US-based Multinational Company, covering Indian and developed countries stock markets. I am working as an analyst since last five years. I am currently covering the whole Asia and Western markets. Have worked both on the Buy-side and Sell-Side profiles in Investment bank. My Profile includes creating a Financial model from scratch, Writing reports, Performing Industry research, Meeting the company's top management (CEO's, CFO's etc), and Interacting with Mutual Fund Managers.

Would like to share my experience with students eager to get into Investment banking roles and appear for CFA exams.
I have been tracking many companies and I do have financial models for those companies, which I would share with you to get a real sense of practical knowledge.
I believe in teaching what is required on Job, rather than bookish knowledge.

I have 3 years of experience in teaching financial modelling and CFA level 1. Currently, I am an online faculty at a B-school in Hyderabad (India) and a visiting faculty for finance in a Bschool in Mumbai (India). Teaching approx. 200 students.
Since I have practical knowledge of trading in stocks and performing equity research, I usually take live companies to make models, explain the sector and make sure that the model replicates the current market scenario.
Financial Modelling is not only about excel, it needs to have a practical view and should be done by writing a report on it.

About CFA training:
I have been teaching since last 3 years and have trained students from India, US, UK, Dubai, Singapore, Spain, France and few other European countries. Studying CFA do require practical knowledge, it is not a regular college exam. So to gain practical knowledge and prepare students for future corporate life, I have created a dummy financial statement to understand the linkages between P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flows (Refering to Financial Statement Analysis subject) which helps better understanding of the subject rather than just solving sums.
For Derivatives I teach directly in live Stock market on how the gains on the call and the put options are calculated. And so on for other subjects as well.
