Ranvijay Prabhakar

Hi, I’m Ranvijay Prabhakar, a Certified Personal Trainer and Kickboxing Coach with over 9 years of experience in the fitness industry. My journey began with a passion for fitness, movement, and helping others transform their lives through discipline and training.

I am a K11 Certified Personal Trainer, which has given me the scientific foundation and practical expertise to design effective fitness programs tailored to individual needs. My specialization lies in combining strength training, conditioning, and kickboxing techniques to deliver results—be it weight loss, endurance, or overall fitness.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients of all fitness levels—beginners looking to build strength, athletes aiming to sharpen their skills, and individuals who want to learn kickboxing as a fitness and self-defense tool. I believe in pushing limits with proper form, discipline, and consistent motivation.

My training sessions are entirely offline and in-person, as I value face-to-face interaction, real-time corrections, and building strong trainer-client connections. This also allows me to ensure that every posture, move, and workout is performed with proper alignment and intensity.

Each session I conduct is designed to be engaging, challenging, and tailored to the client’s goals. I combine kickboxing drills, bodyweight training, strength routines, and functional fitness techniques, making sure no two sessions are the same. This keeps the workouts exciting and highly effective.

Though I don’t provide digital notes or conduct online sessions, my clients always walk away from each class with a deeper understanding of their own body and capabilities. I strongly believe in training smart, staying consistent, and celebrating progress, no matter how small.
