A qualified and certified trainer given by The Yoga Institute Santacruz., Mumbai, A world recognised institute. Awaiting for the QCI Certificate from Ministry of Ayush, New Delhi.
I myself stood as an example of how yoga can be approached for well being. Where orthopaedic surgery is suggested for arthrities, I practised in a systemic manner regularly and avoided all sort of treatments and now I am judged to be in a perfect healthy condition. No knee problem, free and fast movement etc., So, My experiential knowledge, knowledge of sutras will enable you to offer the best you can get from me. I am fond of teaching and it would be satisfactory one to offer what I have, had and experienced.
