I have had the opportunity to build a diverse experience and background in the fields of finance and aviation. With a strong educational foundation and a range of practical experiences, I have developed valuable skills and knowledge in risk management, compliance analysis, financial analysis, and aircraft maintenance.

In my current role as a Risk Management & Compliance Analyst at Pragya Securities Private Limited, I have been responsible for segregating assets in clients' accounts, assessing and monitoring portfolio risks, and adjusting margin allocations accordingly. Communicating with clients about margin allocations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements have been crucial aspects of my work. Collaborating with different departments within the organization, such as trading and operations, has allowed me to gain a holistic understanding of the firm's margin policies and execute trades effectively. Additionally, I have been actively involved in creating financial models, analyzing statements, and providing recommendations to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.

To further broaden my expertise, I have also delved into the field of instruction by creating courses on finance-related topics on the online learning platform, Udemy. This has allowed me to share my knowledge and insights with a broader audience and contribute to the professional development of learners interested in financial securities and fixed income investments.

Prior to my foray into finance, I gained hands-on experience in the aviation industry during my training as a Trainee Engineer at Pawan Hans Helicopter Limited. This valuable experience exposed me to various aspects of aircraft maintenance, including line maintenance, quality control, engine shop tasks, major maintenance, and ground handling. Working with Dauphin helicopters equipped me with technical skills and an understanding of safety procedures and component repair. It was during this time that I developed a strong attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to adhering to industry standards.

Throughout my journey, I have sought to enhance my knowledge and skills through internships and certifications. During my internship at Reliance Securities Ltd., I focused on customer acquisition, servicing existing customers, and conducting market research. Additionally, I completed several certification programs, including fundamental analysis, technical analysis, securities operations and risk management, and financial modeling and analysis. These certifications have provided me with a solid foundation in key finance concepts and equipped me with practical tools for data analysis and decision-making.

Beyond my professional experiences, I have actively engaged in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. As a member of the Fintech Cell, I have remained up-to-date with the latest developments in the financial technology space. I have also taken on leadership roles, serving as sponsorship head and volunteering at finance events. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
