I have a strong technical and analytical background, having completed my Bachelor’s in Engineering in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Mumbai. My academic journey has been marked by a strong inclination toward problem-solving and quantitative reasoning.

In my Class 10 board exams, I secured 97% in Mathematics, showcasing my aptitude for numerical and analytical thinking from an early stage. My quantitative proficiency further reflected in my CAT and XAT exams, where I scored an impressive 99.45 percentile in the Quantitative Aptitude section.

Beyond academics, I have hands-on experience in the corporate sector. I worked as a Product Technical Analyst at Zycus, where I was responsible for resolving client issues related to the procurement-to-pay (P2P) suite, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholders. Additionally, I initiated 'Knowledge Byte' sessions to streamline knowledge transfer for new joiners and suggested process improvements such as an FAQ repository to enhance customer support efficiency.
