IdentityI am founder of Prachi P Goradia's Sattva Yoga. Yoga has been a part of my life for over many years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. #yogainspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
I have completed Diploma in yoga from Yoga VidyaNiketan at the age of 16 and later went ahead and pursued BA in Yoga and post-graduation; MA (Yoga) from KJSBSP.
I'm also a Certified Nutrition counsellor worked on the nutrition requirements of people with various ailments including cancer/ diabetes and a certified arhaticyoga #pranichealer
My primary focus over is in the field of #garbhasanskar which mainly includes holistic #prenatal care for both the mother and the unborn child.
I also conduct traditional therapeutic as well as #poweryoga classes.
In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in live by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.” I'm currently riding out current situation by staying home and sharing Yoga online.
