Have taught more than 300 students till now. teaching is an art and I don't go with the specific method, it keeps on changing from student to student. so don't worry, it might take 1-2 classes to understand you, but after that I will make sure of you learning and loving your instrument.

I face difficulties when switching to other chords. Is there an easy way to learn switching?

just keep on changing chords with metronome,make mistakes intially..your hands will get use to them and within no time you will be a pro.
