"I am working with India's third largest Private sector bank. i.e. Axis Bank. I am working with Axis Bank Since 8 years. I started my career as a Executi - Customer service officer. I took every promotions before I became the operations manager. After becoming operations manager I started handle so many daily weekly fortnightly monthly activities. I started handling high value Customers. I can't speak very well with them. I was doing so many grammatical mistakes. When I was writing email to my senior, customes or my team members, I was doing mistakes. That's why I was confused. I discussed my problem to my wife, friends. They suggested me to join English Speaking classes. Then I started searching such classes and I joined the Maxam Mind English speaking classes. After joining this classes I learned about grammar. I learned about how to make sentence. Now I started to speak in English with my friends, customers, relatives. Now I do not fear to speak in English. I don't hesitate now. Really I feels better I joined Maxam Mind English classes. "
