Math Crash Course for 9th Standard Students covering the following topics:

1. Pure Arithmetic: Rational and Irrational Numbers

2. Commercial Mathematics: Profit, Loss & Discount, Compound Interest

3. Algebra: Expansions, Factorisation, Linear Equations 

4. Geometry: Triangles, Mid-point and Intercept Theorems, Similarity, Pythagoras Theorem, Polygons, Quadrilaterals, Areas of Rectilinear Figures

5. Statistcs: Frequency Distribution, Rule to Convert Discontinuous Form to Continuous Form, Graphical Representation of Statistical Data, Mean & Median of ungrouped data, Frequency Table

6. Mensuration: Perimeter and Area of Plane Figures, Volume and Surface Area of Solids, Relation between various Units of Volume

7. Trigonometry: Base, Perpendicular, Hypotenuse of  Right Triagle, T-Ratios of 30, 45, 60 degrees etc., 2-dimensional problems

8. Coordinate Geometry: Quadrants, Graphs of Linear Equations, Draw the grapgh of y = mx + c

Mode of Instruction: This classroom course (in Prabhadevi, Mumbai) would be delivered over the course of 4 weekends, with students attending 3 hours of class on Saturday and Sunday, amounting to 6 hours per weekend. 

Will work on the concepts and practice sums and clear doubts etc.Students can also ask questions on topics they find difficult. This would be an interactive session.

The objective of the crash course is to prepare the students for the 9th standard math final exams in March / April 2019. 

Students should feel more confident after the lecture !!
