My experience as a fitness coach has differed from client to client. Clients who are consistent with workouts and diet have seen results. More important is the trust in the trainer and the client which needs to be there before you go forward with your training. Taking care of injuries/ joint pains is the most crucial aspect and I tend to focus on the form really for that immensely.
