I hold an I.S.S.A Personal Training Certification, which ensures that my training methods meet international standards in safety, effectiveness, and results. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients from diverse age groups and fitness levels, earning many positive reviews for my disciplined yet motivating approach.

My training sessions are conducted offline, as I prefer hands-on instruction to closely monitor form, technique, and progress. I believe in personalized training programs that consider lifestyle, fitness goals, medical history, and preferences.
