I am currently an Assistant professor in the department of Chemistry at Jai Hind College,Churchgate, where I focus on teaching Inorganic Chemistry to degree students as well as Post Graduate students.I have an experience of 9 years and am currently pursuing PhD in Chemistry.In the classroom, I emphasize more on inquiry based learning,collaborative learning engaging students in the process where learning is through group activities and projects which helps students to learn from each other and develop teamwork skills. Students are also engaged in experiential learning for at least 2 consecutive classes in a week focusing on skill development. I also incorporate presentations, online quizzes during my classes aiming to foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment. I have developed curriculum and taught courses across FYBSc,SYBSc and Post graduates(Inorganic chemistry).
