IdentityI have a diverse background and experience. I started my career as an Operations Manager at Star Enterprises in Mumbai from 2018 to 2020, where I implemented quality control measures, met production targets, and ensured compliance with industry regulations. In 2020, I transitioned to become an Online Coach, specializing in creating customized fitness plans, conducting onboarding calls to understand clients' goals, and promoting natural bodybuilding principles to foster lasting transformations.
For a brief period in 2022-2023, I also worked as a Personal Trainer at Bombay Fitness, where I provided one-on-one training, tailored programs to individual needs, and ensured a safe training environment. My educational background includes certifications such as International Certified Personal Trainer, Diploma in Diet and Nutrition, Physique and Bodybuilding Coach, Core Training for Rehab, Hypertrophy, and Performance, as well as certification in First Aid and CPR/AED.
I have also honed my communication and soft skills through various courses and experiences in 2015-2017 and continue to develop these skills in my current activities from 2023 onward.
