You already have 6+ yrs of experience in HR. You can always move to admin or inventory departments in any company if at all you wish to change your domain.

However, I would suggest you not to change. It will be as good as you are going back 6 yrs practically because whatever area you choose you will have to start from scratch. You may also have to start with a meagre salary due to no experience in a new area. Also, your 6 yrs experience will not be counted and will go waste.

In HR department there are various verticals with needs specialization like Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance department, Industrial relations, Generalist HR profile - which also includes Employee Relations, Organization Development, Compensation and benefits, Rewards and Recognitions, Claims and settlements and many more. These Domains are specialization by itself. You can move into generalist role from recruitment and then into other areas as described above.

In Admin, you may look forward to daily Attendance Management, Daily accounting, Vendor Management, External Liasoning, Dispute Settlements, Filing and documentation etc.

In Inventory - You may come across Inventory management, Stock Assessments, Report generations, Purchase management, Documentations etc.
